So I want to allow admins to be able to buy restricted weapons but I'm the only one who can. I'm also the only one with full admin powers. Is there anyway to implement this without giving everyone...

Anyone feel generous enough to help me get this working? I have the plugin installed Correctly? I believe. I cant seem to find the file to edit. So I made one but that doesn't seem to work.
