Dont you just love when the answer is so simple its hardly ever obvious?

so i placed sm_reloadadmins into my server.cfg (not sure why that would work) autoexec.cfg and sourcemod.cfg ..... it...

On every map change i have to type in "sm_rehash" into server console in order for my admin to work.
I have tried putting it into the autoexec.cfg, yet it still requires that i manually type...
