If you drop a newer version of something that has a version convar into a server and let SourceMod reload it without restarting the server the convar will remain the same. That is because the convar...

The problem is an inaccuracy. (i.e., it gives you the wrong friend ID)

Hrm, well, just let it be known that the current method has inaccuracies with larger Steam IDs.

Also, there is an inaccuracy in the Friend ID calculation in the present (1.2.0) SourceBans version.

Here is the fix (taken from Seather (http://forums.alliedmods.net/member.php?u=2665)'s Steam ID...

There also appears to be errors in SourceBans' GetCommunityID() function in dealing with long Steam IDs. Example: STEAM_0:0:19900xxx
