[SGS] Livescore

Actually it's not a plugin, they are hlds cvars, you put them in server.cfg:

scr_connectmsg "welcome" - first line of the message
scr_connectmsg1 "visit bla bla" - second line of the connect...

You could use only steamid then so it will replace the old demo. Or you could announce people to delete their demos from time to time, but that would be rather inefficient.

It's not a good idea to mess up with people's rates. Setting rate 30000 on a slow connection will probably increase ping/loss/choke.
