I only installed the x64... ill try installing the x86 as well to see if anything changes...

EDIT: Yes installing the x86 as well worked... I guess steam isnt an x64 app lol I should have tried...

I have even tried to load it through sourcemod.cfg
sm exts load soundlib.ext

No luck

[SM] Unable to load extension "soundlib.ext": The specified module could not be found.
[SM] Unable to load plugin...
