OK, for EmpiresMOD, When you swap a player he, the player keeps all the wespons that he had from the other team including skin. The switchteam plugin didn't do this, dunno what the difference is but...

Aight well, put this up on EmpiresMod.

VoteMute and VoteSilence lasts for as long as the player is in game, aka mute/silence is lifted as soon as they leave the server
