Hey All, I was wondering if anyone has ever had this server issue before. Whenever a map ends, at the beginning of the new map change all players seem to be stuck on walk mode when the round starts....

Counter Strike: Source. I have heard of a voice flood exploit that can cause this issue but not too sure if that's what it is. I have also disabled sprays on my server.
