You're missing the translation file and/or reference to the phrase. The first line tells you the error. Simply stop the server, install the translation file and start the server.

0 means randomspawn is disabled, but the plugin uses it's own spawns. If you want to use the default spawns, you would need to edit the plugin to do so.

Deathmatch is inherently team deathmatch unless you specify free for all (FFA). Disable FFA in the deathmatch.cfg.

It's not loading because you did not meet the requirements.
It requires the minimum version of SourceMod v1.10, you are using v1.9 or less.

The release version was compiled with 1.10 version of SourceMod which is not backwards compatible.
I've updated the download on the first page, release section, and GitHub to version SM 1.8 stable....

Read the changelog.
If you want to show cash, change dm_cash_messages to 0 in deathmatch.ini.
Use CS:GO built-in cvars for changing the cash value amount for those events.

Looks like your web server is overwriting files, or your server is compromised.

You shouldn't run deathmatch with a deathmatch plugin, use casual or competitive.

That doesn't exist in this...

They do use weapons. That happens only for a few seconds during the first round until you shoot them.
I'll see about changing it.
