Thats not what i want....
Say i want only admins with root access to see a message that means i have to enter all other flags for them not to see it..

Okay i know there is a way to make it so that certain admin cant see messages but i have read this entire forums and found nothing that said or anyone asking how to make it so that only certain admin...
