You can only set the interval:
sm_advertisements_interval

You can't bind it to a specific event.

Is the plugin loaded? Did you check the logs for errors? Did you check the console for errors on startup?

The plugin is working fine for me... at least yesterday it did :)

Did you really put it like that in your server.cfg?

If you don't want to change any setting you don't have to put anything in there! Also you are not supposed to add the "(" & ")" in the lines.
