Actually no, that was it. Another plugin that wasn't loading correctly was causing PrintToChat to break. You can just recompile using the original source against the latest 1.5 snapshot to get it to...

After recompiling the original source against the new sourcemod snapshot, the plugin works ok mostly but is spitting out a few errors still:
