Updated Colors

I added the Tags "{darkred}", "{lime}" and "{lightred}" for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

These tags are standalone tags, so they can be used with teamcolors!

So here the colors.inc with the Precheck, whether the native GetUserMessageType is available.

Hopefully the plugin author will change his first post sometime...
