I'd say if you use it to play with and have another server running, you may be able to pull of around 20-25 without lagging.

It doesn't give errors, it's working fine the problem is that it only gives a few of the lines when you join the server and doesn't continue to give the last lines later in the game and then repeat...

So I've seen a few servers that give's instant admin when bought with paypal or points you buy with paypal then buy the admin over website. Does anybody know how to setup this kind of system?

So I installed and added many plugins (Jail-server, using sm_hosties)

I added myself as admin, but nothing works? No plugins, commands, i'm not admin can't even use sm_ commands on server console?...

Just use the plugin knife duel if your the only one left as T and the enemy is only one left as CT and simply in the plugin add so it gives them a deagle.

Try do amx_plugins in the server console and see if it's giving a error or if a plugin is not working.
