Ban not recording - FORK version

Hello

I've noticed with insurgency when I test ban myself in game, it never shows up on sourcebans control panel. Yet it works for my CS:S and TF2 servers. Is there a solution to this?

I installed everything from the beginning and still getting the following error message

Can't kick [playername]. Player not on the server anymore!

And wont load their profile, any tips? ...

When I have sourcemod disabled, the server is running fine. I just installed the latest snapshots for both, server wont even start. I used stable not development branch

I really hope the developer knows why most of us are crashing after ever map change. I tried his config but no luck.

It says connection timeout and drops everyone off the server.

i tried it works well for the most part. But for some reason the volume is not loud enough. I set it to 1.0 but still can't hear it very well.
