if a regular player picks up an admin only weapon, does the attribute of the weapon remain the same?

since i want to disable this function, is there any command which can forbid player to pick...

fixed "in LAN mode only" method.

method 1:

run cmd.exe
copy reg add "HKCU\Software\Valve\Steam\ActiveProcess" /v SteamClientDll /t REG_SZ /d "X:\steamcmd\steamclient.dll" /f


method 2:

run regedit.exe
delete...
