While probably the same root cause, that one has a different entry point.

That one is the common one seen on Throttle, Dagothur's is interesting because it is not.

Your custom compile ancient version of SourceMod makes it harder to analyse your crash reports due to lack of symbols.

No, it is not, the giveweapon plugin has an internal list (which can be augmented at runtime by a different plugin I can't remember the name of). TF2Items does not do any validation.

Updated source code and bins for TF2 attached, let me know if it fixes the problems.
