To increase the bots added to server, look in the podbot.cfg for the lines
pb add 100there should be 7 of them. Simple copy and paste the lines until you have the amount of bots you want to add the...

1.How often does the server crash when using this plugin? Also
does it crashes when changing to any map or just a certain map.

Cvars do not belong in the server.cfg
Already explain.
Just start your server with a Gungame map instead of de_dust2
