The web server part is installed once
But the game server part must be installed on all your instances of the servers. Dont forget to change the server number you find inside sourcebans.cfg

The notices show was added by purpose so why do not fix them

I guess those errors are logged. Perhaps we should send error logs so you can fix those notices?

Sourcebans 1.4.6 kills my server:
Nothing in the logs...

Linux Debian 64

The dbi.mysql.ext.so exists in my addons/sourcemod/extensions folder
