I dunno if this is broken or what, but I'm getting reports from folks in my community that I have given particle effects too that things aren't working :( (at least for windows).

Noticed that the Gunslinger doesn't seem to be affected by tf2items. This is my entry for the Gunslinger and as you can see, it should work but doesn't:
