Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

This plugin doesn't change the mod, it just starts the vote. It might be that there needs to be additional checks moved into the new function to make sure it accounts for some of the other...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

Ok, so I think you just want to re-evaluate the RTV condition when players leave. So, I would probably make these changes (this is the diff file of the changes):

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

What plugin are you using to "vote to change the mod"?

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

Something like that would not be easily doable. It would require adding a bit of infrastructure if I'm thinking about it correctly (which I think I am). It's an interesting concept but not...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

I don't know what you mean. If you want more plugins to be running in a particular mod, add those plugins to that mod configuration, you're not limited to what those authors have set up for their...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

Can't you just set "mapspermod" to 2 and then set "mp_maxrounds" to 1? I think that's what you're describing.

For your second request, I created custom version to not change the mod if there were...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

I don't understand the purpose of this. Theoretically possible but I'm not sure how much work it would take. I don't have much time to make big changes right now so it's unlikely I'd be able to do...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

I didn't think putting plugins in folders was allowed. You should be able to change "STRLEN_FILE" on this line...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

"extend" means to make longer. What you describe, I would call "replay".

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

I guess that depends on what you mean by "it".

The way you extend the map is to add time to mp_timelimit (this line...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

So, how is the vote being initiated in these cases? Is it from the RTV plugin or is is from using the console command to force the vote?

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

How is the vote being initiated? I think I see where it could be happening if it's being triggered by something other than the normal end of map situation.

EDIT: I have a test version that...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

What about percentages are you asking for? Also, are you just looking for a generic map manager or are you specifically looking to use Polymorph?

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

I remove the current map from the map list for the currently running mod. So, if you're going to be switching to a different mod, it will include the current map if it's in that mod's map list. ...

I've done it before in other plugins so I know of at least one way to do it. I just never did it here.

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

Given what exists, I think the best option for your "unattended" server is what I mentioned previously with mode 2 and mapspermod set to 1.

I don't really have time to attempt making something...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

So, if you like the other multi-mod plugins then why not just use one of them? What is the reason you are considering Polymorph?

That statement is condescending and broadly untrue. It works...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

The RTV triggers the end of map. So, what type of vote happens depends on how you have Polymorph configured (i.e. poly_mode). If it's configured to do only map votes then RTV will trigger a map...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

I don't think we're understanding each other. The way that multiple people choose a mod or map is by voting. This is done in Polymorph with poly_mode 2.

I'm very familiar with Galileo (my...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

Making amx_nextmod, literally or effectively, a public command doesn't make any sense, IMO. Anybody would be able to do it and override anybody else at any time. But you can make the command public...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

Still not entirely sure if I understand what you're saying. Each mod has its own map file (the equivalent to mapcycle.txt but specifically for that mod) that you can customize per mod. You edit...

Re: Polymorph: Mod Manager

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by this since maps are voted on. However, you'll want to make sure that you have a decently large number of maps configured for each mod so that the vote has...
