i'm not sure, but if i good remember, e.g HHH head was can be chosen after halloween, and it just do not appear on player.
asherkin should to know whether we can somehow change...

is there any chance to change "holiday_restriction" of item? i want to halloween items can be weared all year

i dont want use tf_forced_holiday on our server, because 'halloween sets' will be...
