I'm having trouble finding the attribute to set for instantly recharging the heavy's sandvich.

Hi, I'm looking to mod the engie wrench so that it delivers 50 metal repair to buildings with each hit....I've read every page of this thread and read the attributes list too but I can't seem to find...
