Yes, sv_prime_accounts_only is zero.
Maybe they've added some new cvar after the update? Regarding "third party" files and stuff. So a lot of the players can't connect.

I was having the same issue.

It was fixed, by deleting "mapcycle" and "maplist" txt files, from the main server "csgo" folder (in addition, to removing these sm "plugins", like nextmap, mapchooser...

Hello.

After a dedicated-hosting update, any votings on my server are not working.
The map voting at the end of the map is not working - it's just a regular "Next map will start in..." feature....
