Add "needdrop", "goa", "gob" and "sorry"
Fix some radio sounds for people who have agent model.
You can set folder as model path now.

That's weird, radio works when I throwing a grenade in my test server.
Can you tell me the name of the map you're testing in?
Different map has different Cstrike_TitlesTXT params.
