players who set their own rates wrong, will have choke......

just google it. if i remember, net_splitrate 2 and 2-3...

Bad idea to force players rate to the highest, lol.. it's not very good for players with a bad connection.

how can i display HS%, K/D, ... in scoreboard by default? normal you have to click on the cycle stats button, but on some servers it is enabled by default.

Same here, when i choose a skin for example deagle 'night heist' i get a deagle 'storm' skin. Choose awp 'fade' i get a 'whiteout' skin.

i know that tokens from sites will be banned even if the server does not have any forbidden plugins, but dunno why they just ban now such an account. the tokens i used were valid for a very long time...

I got 3 tokens banned today, but don't use this plugin here, just ws, knife and gloves. i think they start banning again.
