Только похожая система уже где-то встречалась....
Кстати, amxx выполняет заданные конфиги для карты, если имя конфига совпадает с именем карты и сам файл (конфиг) находится в директории...

Плагин-анонсер на коннеты/дисконнекты игроков.
Я его немного переделал по себя, но есть один вопрос..
Реально ли сделать так:
если коннектится админ, сообщение в чат выдавалось бы следующим...
