eSTEAMATiON 2.0 RC9 UP1 after lastest Valve update didn't works fine unfortunately giving in at different times...

Don't use unstable realeses of sourcemod\metamod source. They only need for testing and usually contain many bugs.

No, this plugin uses the default "storage-local" database, and you don't need to install SQL database
