I'm add sv_tags in next update.
Nope this SCP is not released, maybe later.
We did a complex damage system (for example, a broken leg slowed you down) but decided to abandon it was not...

Yes, it is supported. The beta release is necessary to detect the remaining bugs
The link to the map is specified in the installation guide. I also duplicate it in the description
