You may not have set the correct server group. Do you have a server group that contains all servers? If you don't, create it and set it. If you do, make sure it is set.

Looks very clean. I think I'd still prefer a list view in donations for readability but it all looks pretty flash.

Ah, much appreciated. With a tiny bit of fiddling I was able to add different minimums per tier and appropriate warning messages for each.
