Oh - I wish I could edit posts so I didn't have to make a new post for this - but the .dep was not in tf\custom\, it was in tf\models\custom\, just to clear that up.
EDIT: WHUPS DIDN'T SEE THAT...

Before, it would download all the model files except for the .mdl, and no materials. I corrected the material paths, and added the mdl path, and it no longer downloads any model files, just...

I've done all the steps correctly. I'm not sure this is a problem specifically with the plugin, but when I view the model in Source SDK, it works just fine, but when I put it on the server and equip...
