I have some map ideas, but I have no knowledge in mapping (also I can't find source for those maps) :D

Check if players are in the Spectator team or not and allow the control if they need to use rtv or not to activate mapvoting.

I had that in my mind too, but it is easier to create a new buyzone for only the time it is needed I think.

This is where I got so far, I'm sure there are some mistakes but it works yet :D

I realized that later, but it only allows/blocks the buy per team, it does not create a buyzone if a T spawns at CT for example.

As the title says I want to enable buy for both teams on maps like de_nuke to be able to buy if a player spawns at enemy base (rtd thing), but without making the "default buyzone around players...

As far as I know changing sys_ticrate on a live server does literally nothing than changing the cvar's value, but maximum FPS is still the value that the server was started with if the command line...

Sorry, typo, I meant indent of course: tabs and spaces and empty line to keep it readable.

IDENTIFY should be ran even if there is no bomb on the map (outside of the check), to keep the plugin...

How many maps do you have in your list and are you using the latest version?
I had the same problem, but it has been fixed back in 2016 (with v3.2.6-407 build).

On 1080p resolution it looks not that nice with mp_c4timer 35 value :D...

This is different from the BarTime variant and yet I couldn't find any plugin using this.

If you remember the progressbar when bots are learning the map, this is that one, but it doesn't allow any...
