Tags and colors for Mostactive are not working properly i guess.
I did this:

I wanted to do the commands like !tag / !tagcolor / !namecolor / !chatcolor but i don't have time. Will someone do this? :/

I've never had problems compiling this plugin before, always works great. Are you sure you have the last sm build to compile the plugins? also all includes?

you have two chat-processors, also delete Custom Chat Colors and use only hextags

Look through your addons/sourcemod/configs/admin_groups.cfg and put there (with @ before) your admin group name instead "z"

For example:
