You need to update metamod, go over at the metamod website and download a snapshot (http://sourcemm.net/snapshots). Updating sourcemod would also help, i guess.

afaik it works fine. Try updating sourcemod and metamod to the latest stable snapshots. There's also a beta package out, and a release is to be expected in a day or so, if all goes well. If you can't...

You really shouldn't have. AFAIK 18 slots somehow messes up with the infected spawning system, so if you have a full 18 server, prepare for some weird stuff.

You need not to use any plugins that calls the unreservelobby function, because its currently broken in the latest l4downtown snapshot.

2943 is the only sourcemod version that is working on l4d2 after the passing. Be sure to update metamod source to the latest 1.8 snapshot and modify the "metamod.vdf" file according to this:...

The signatures appear to be changed, we're going to have to wait for downtown1 or any other dev that is into signature scanning to find the updated ones.

You need to make your friends join either via "connect IP : PORT" in the console or "View game info" on the steam friend list.
