Are the servers multi-threaded now?

I'm getting back into hosting some servers.

I know back 4 years ago I was better off getting higher power per core vs weaker but multiple cores, as SRCDS servers were not multithreaded.

Anyone else having issues after the major update with CSGO?

Warmod crashes the server before the warmup ends (with bots)
