I used the zips you provided for windows (here) (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showpost.php?p=2678019&postcount=219) and updated cssdm.games.txt with one from Jeremy's post.

On windows, mine still crashes after updating cssdm.games.txt and replacing cssdm.ext.2.csgo.dll, cssdm.ext.2.css.dll
