Is there any reference to the valve-directory which i could modify?
Maybe rename the valve.ini to abc.ini?

Well yeah that's the point.
I don't want to mess up my valve directory with custom models and sounds.
So this is why I use a separate mod-folder with the aghl-ru hl.dll
