I want to block all cVars with flags : FCVAR_SERVER. i.e. I don't want to announce my server variables globally. how do i do that?

i meant setting desired FPS of server. Generally what I have observed is sys_ticrate command limits the FPS. The limit also varies. On some windows, I have been able to achieve only 500 FPS at max (...

@Arkshine - I want to know before trying if cvar "sys_ticrate" could be manipulated using this to give custom FPS or not. thanks
