That depends if you want the laser beam effect or just want the increased accuracy?
Cause there is no actual beam for pistols, only when the weapon is dropped its shown.

It's possible to apply it, by setting m_upgradeBitVec. Just tested it.

It will show up on dropped guns, but holding the gun will not show the laser. But the accuracy of the gun is increased.

Looking at the code it runs RemoveEntity which I assume shouldn't drop any spit

I have attempted to make the plugin. Sadly, I have not had the chance to actually test it, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. No damage is received to survivors if the attacker is being vote...
