As I said already, last builds not an always fixes all errors or bugs, however there can be even more buggy things. So its not a 100% solution.
Mb U guys remember the situation when 1 of VALVE...

Thats why smart people always makes backup b4 upgrading to something newer.
Especially in case with Valve.
I would say - new doesnt mean better. IN some cases old builds is more stable then new...

1) Server on Linux is vulnerable for ddos same as server on Windows. To secure U server U can use HLShield and IP tables also.
2) Ull need to configure Ur hlds startup line where U can type cvars...

1) I think U confusing me coz thats not a CVARS it is a plugin commands!
2) Change access flag for those commands at addons\amxmodx\configs\cmdaccess.ini to "z".
