I already did it several times. I also deleted all *.wad files and redownload them with steamcmd using app_update 90 validate.
Start command : -game cstrike -port 27015 +ip 176.99.135.30 -maxplayers...

I have the same problem. I tried to delete all *.wad files from cstrike directory and redownload them with using steamcmd, but it doesn't solved the problem.

Заработало! Я точно не уверен, но, думаю, плагин заработал после того, как я добавил переменную 'proxypassword' в hltv.cfg. Проверьте, пожалуйста!

I have the same problem. An earlier version (1.6 or 1.5 - don't remember) worked fine, but 1.7 doesn't work.

There is a problem with lang file - ^n doesn't work. The text in chat is not transfered to a new line. The escape sequence ^n skipped.
