If you want it to send emails, then you will have to re-code the PHP side yourself to do that. I'm sorry but I have no interest in doing that, as that was not the intention of this plugin.

This plugin sends a message from the server to a website, which then transmits the message via the service of your choosing on the XMPP...

With 5 annotations on the ground refreshing every 0.1 and a "rate" of 10k I recive lag/choke. With rate of 25k there is no lag/choke

Yes, it starts the timer OnMapStart, and there is no check to see if its changed. So setting it to something will stop it on next map change.
I've noticed IP shows as 0.0.0.0 now for some reason....

I found the cause, its due to I placed gathering the server name in OnPluginStart Rather than after OnConfigsExecuted I also moved the where cvars are initially loaded there too. It could have caused...

It expects the icon to be a certain size. IN your case its Squished not Stretched.
I know of no way to pass a width to it, and you cannot modify that file or make your own custom icons.
