env_beam as a ring cannot be killed

Hi all,

When setting the spawnflag to 8 on a env_beam to make it a ring it cannot be killed if life is set to 0. Additional, if the life is set to 5 and the kill command is issued it will not die...

Nope this doesn't work. Again, only the 8 flag seems to be on.

I tried

DispatchKeyValue(beament, "spawnflags", "2 8");

But this only sets flag 2..

Bind visual effects to the player
