Fair enough, I guess we always just played without encountering any of that. I can add the fixes to my server, test them out, and update the guide if you can share some links.

Do you have sv_steamgroup_exclusive 1in your cfg file? Also how is everyone connecting?

I've had to use my own guide a couple times to re-build my L4D2 server after re-imaging my physical server...
