Yes.. I have the same problem, and my 6 friends have same problem when play to 14 round server crashing..

EDITED!! Crash problem resolved!

!!!! CRASH FIX = Delete all .dll files where srcds.exe: D:\your_new_css_server\orangebox\vstdlib.dll, vstdlib_s.dll, tier0.dll and etc.
