Make sure you don't have duplicate plugins. There is core plugins and modules.
Core plugins should be in sourcemod/plugins/ folder and modules should be in sourcemod/plugins/l4d2_skills_modules.

To compile a new version, use makefile.bat

All you need to do is change "YourDir" in makefile. bat to the directory of the unpacked archive and also have 7-Zip...
