Damage don't work

When die and give me respawn, they disappear . I want to fix this problem...

Thanks , a plugin for admin glow with this acces ADMIN_LEVEL_E ?
Edit: Plugin invis , don't work .... Don't make players invisible and i want to appear just to enter on server .
