Haven't been here for a long time. Sorry.
Added a simple check for CS:GO. Now colors.inc will try to use the same colors as for CS:S.
Can somebody test it? Because I currently do not have the game...

Dunno. If there is a color code for this color and it doesn't require some complicated game events to happen before showing this color then - yes, it can be easily added.

You can't use web-compiler for this. Use one that comes in sourcemod package, it placed in the sourcemod/scripting and named compile.exe.

As I said: this is for developers only. You can't just put colors.inc in the scripting/include folder for adding colors support into all your plugins. Plugin itself must be created with integration...

I thought {olive} is actually an olive color in CS:S, not grey. :)
