I commented out the entire call lines in the end of stats.so and the lines you mentioned in multi1v1.so, restarted, and I still get the message "Sorry, there is no stats website for this server."...

http://www.domain.com/stats.php?player= AND http://www.domain.com/redirect.php?id= should technically be the same thing, it's just how I chose to set it up... unless multi1v1 requires a specific url...
