For future reference the crashes were caused by using DispatchSpawn before TeleportEntity. Happens with some models/entity types spawning at 0,0,0. I've seen this in several of my other plugins over...

I think this is related to a cvar, could be the sb_* cvar mentioned above.. maybe a simple plugin to count alive players on event death, and if 0 set the cvar off. You should replicate that...

That is correct, because it's simply removing the entity from the player, the entity/edict still exists, so AcceptEntityInput is required after if you don't plan on adding that item back to a player....

That's not true at all. Entity input "kill" causes the game engine to remove it, removing the edict also. If that's not the case on your server then somethings seriously wrong.

Walking? Well probably, but think about the oil puddle, it's a particle effect, unless I create a line of them when walking etc, it's not efficient.
