It's known through commands. In the context i mean is. A % point that adds more points to the "duration/speed" effects by the % of charge.

No worries. I managed to fix it by removing the movement speed increasing from the plugin. It doesn't have any false effects. Even tho it can be customized with other plugins. Thanks for the help...

Silvers Weapons Editor can be done for all weapons.
Orinuse Shotgun Handler uses WeaponHandling_API (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=319947)...
